We are thrilled to share with you all the exciting details of our latest project with the Timor-Leste Ministry of Education! Our high-quality furniture has finally arrived in East Timor, and we couldn’t be more proud of the work we have done. The Minister of Timor-Leste Ministry of Education himself came to check the furniture out, and we are happy to report that he was thoroughly impressed with the quality of our products.

Our furniture is going to be used in all the Public Primary Schools and Nursery Schools around the country. We believe that children are the future of a nation and that the quality of their education is critical to the success of the country. We are honored to have been able to contribute to the education sector of East Timor in such a meaningful way, and we hope that our products will help to create a more comfortable and conducive learning environment for the students.

We’ve had many people ask us how we were able to secure such a prestigious project, and the answer is simple: they found us through Google! We immediately accepted their inquiry and started asking more questions about all the details of the furniture they wanted. Then they gave every supplier a file to let us try to meet their standards, which were very easy to meet, and quote the price for them. However, we didn’t just stop there. We did some research before we started to make our quote. We checked which kind of furniture they wanted, and we also checked which grade the end user would be. Based on all the detailed info we found online and through discussions with the purchasing staff, we started to make our QUOTATION file and our 3D Drawings about what it would look like when they got our furniture. Apart from all that, we also had several Zoom meetings with many staff members in the purchasing department to make sure of more details.

It took us a month to prepare our QUOTATION file, but it was worth the effort. The Timor-Leste Ministry of Education was delighted with our proposal and the quality of our 3D drawings. They did request a few adjustments, which we were able to provide quickly and accurately. After a few rounds of discussion, they finally let us make a CONTRACT file for them.

One of the critical elements that the Ministry of Education emphasized was the delivery time. They wanted to ensure that every student in the new semester could use the new furniture and have a big smile on their face. We understood the importance of this requirement and adjusted our production schedule to ensure that all the furniture could be delivered on time. Despite the tight schedule, we never compromised on our standards and ensured that every piece of furniture was thoroughly checked to ensure that it would last for at least a decade.

After a few months of production and delivery, all the furniture has finally arrived at the warehouse of Timor-Leste Ministry of Education. We were thrilled to see that the Minister himself came to inspect every piece of furniture and even let some students try it out to see if it was comfortable for them or not. His visit was a testament to the quality of our products and the level of service that we provided to the Ministry of Education.
